Yes, technology seems to be disconnecting us, but we seem to do a great job of staying disconnected all by ourselves. A quick way to become present and take back your power of the present moment is to stop having imaginary conversations with people about things that have already happened, or things that might happen. Being mad about the past and worrying about the future is not living.
