I have seen this corporate system in action. I have looked for a company that could provide a reason to believe in, a idea to devote all that time and energy too. A long term plan that includes me as a partner! What I found was a system designed around control and the exploitation that powers it.

We are all carrying what feels like lifetimes of trauma and pain. These get in the way and don’t work for us much. CITY NEW BALANCE We will release all of our people from these things that distract us and free us to live better lives with each other. It will be a very important task!
